Where can I get Tech Support?

  • Free technical support information during regular office hours, which are 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday by email or call 203-697-0805.
  • 24-hour dedicated fax at 203-697-0842.

How is my order Shipped?

  • Same day shipping is available on in-stock items.
  • All shipments are made from our Wallingford, CT facility, FOB prepaid and add.
  • All products are carefully inspected before and during packaging.
  • If for any reason, your order is damaged or is not received within a reasonable amount of time, please call 1-800-579-8409 / 203-697-0805 and ask for customer service, and we will quickly resolve the problem.
  • Customer pick-up available, 8 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

What’s your Warrantee Policy?

Full factory guarantees from the date of purchase. Warranties vary from product to product.

How do I Return an order?

  • If you are unhappy with any of our products or need to return for a repair, simply call our Customer Sales and Service at 203-697-0805 for return authorization. To avoid a restocking fee, you must notify Technical Allied Products, Inc. within five days of receipt of order for standard products.
  • Special or custom manufactured products cannot be canceled or returned for credit under any circumstances.
  • Ship your return prepaid in the original packaging container and Technical Allied Products, Inc. will credit your account in full, once the package is received in our plant.
  • No liability is assumed for any consequential damages resulting from use of a product. If the product is damaged, the customer is liable for cost of repair. If the product is damaged beyond repair, customer is liable for entire invoice amount.
  • Products abused, misused, or altered cancel all warranties.
  • The warranty does not cover damages incurred by lightning or other natural/electric forces exceeding the stated limits of the product. In no event will our warranty exceed the purchase price of the product.

What are your Terms?

  • Visa, Master Card,and American Express accepted.
  • Our terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Technical Allied Products, Inc., reserves the right to add 1.5% (18% per year) finance charge for accounts 30 days past due.
  • Purchaser is also responsible for any expenses, legal or otherwise, in collecting past due accounts.
